Speedex Properties is a privately held real estate investment and development company, headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The company grew out of Speedex Trading, a group dealing Hardware Tools Wholesale & Retail Companies, founded in 1970 by our entrepreneur Moiz Tayebali. Over the years Speedex has built a highly successful track record in the region.

Speedex Properties operates on solid ethical principles and core values with the objective of maximizing value with effective control mechanisms, risk mitigation and appropriate transparency.
 
It’s first real estate projects were successfully implemented in 2000 in Dubai. Based on their success and the attractive potential of the regional real estate market, Speedex founding partners decided to form a dedicated real estate company “Speedex Properties”. Over the years the company owns & manages multiple properties.
